SCHEDULE CHANGES… to Pedal & Praise
Beginning May 1, the Thursday morning Pedal & Praise workout will be temporarily suspended. The Tuesday class at 9:30 will remain on the schedule, but for now will not include a “Prana” or yoga component. We hope to see these return to the schedule in the fall!
to the 5:30 p.m. Boot Camp For those of you interested in evening Boot Camp workouts, the format has changed. You can now look forward to: Mondays: Cardio/Strength Wednesdays: Strength Thursdays (note change in format): Cardio/Core/S-t-r-e-t-c-h
