Boot Camp is back!

Our 13th annual BOOT CAMP is underway and the troops are getting some great workouts! It’s not too late to join.


Every day you’ll be handed a different type of workout, designed to provide you with a full range of cardio, strength, and flexibility.


Monday: cardio/strength circuit

Tuesday: cardio/core focus

Wednesday: strength focus

Thursday: deep stretch (6:30); yoga (8:00)

Friday: Field Trip Friday!

Every Friday, we’ll take you off site to enjoy the surroundings our area has to offer. Check the board in the lobby each week to see where the Friday Field trip will take you!


Sessions will be 6:30 – 7:30 a.m;

8:00 – 9:00 a.m


No need to commit to all the workouts – you can pick and choose, mix and match. But of course your results will be greater if you commit to the entire program!
