Classes

All group workouts are 45-50 minutes long unless otherwise noted, and include a warm-up, the main workout, and a cool-down/stretch.

 

PrimeTime Pedal

Our comfortable and easy-to-handle LeMond Revmaster bikes will be your ride to better cardiovascular fitness. Heart rate monitors are encouraged (we have a few to loan) as we rotate the classes through different training formats including interval training, threshold rides, and aerobic efforts. SPD cycling shoes are welcome.


Total Body Conditioning

Led by a Certified Personal Trainer, you’ll experience a full-body workout in every session incorporating a mix of circuit training, HIIT, suspension training, body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, and lots more. You’ll definitely stoke your metabolism in this blend of cardio and strength moves!


Totally TRX

Train hard, Reshape your body, and X-ceed your goals! This strength workout with a Certified Personal Trainer is done using primarily suspension training tools.


Pedal and Pump

Half indoor cycling, half solid strength- this workout delivers results!


Core and More

This 45-minute workout offers a yoga-feel with a serious six-pack. Opening with a hint of yoga flow, progressing to core and glute training, and wrapping up with a deep stretch, you’ll leave this session feeling pleasantly challenged yet recharged.
