I recently joined this Prime Time Fitness and could not be happier with the experience. Meredith is incredibly friendly, professional and always willing to help with form, equipment or workout tips. The facility itself is spotless and well organized. The atmosphere is motivating without being intimidating. Whether you’re new to fitness or experienced, this place makes you feel welcome and supported.

Meredith is the finest fitness instructor you will find. Fitness has been her profession her entire adult life. She has owned and operated several gyms over the years and I have had the good fortune to know and work out with her during many of those years. This is an excellent class that combines cardio and weight training. Meredith is a primo coach and knows exactly how to adapt all the exercises to your personal fitness level. I worked out with Meredith for years before she (sadly) moved away. She is creative, fun, and great at correcting your form. She can adapt to injuries you might have. She will incorporate things you like (yoga) and can work with all types of exercise equipment from machines to bands to TRX to free weights to your body weight. No two workouts are the same, which means you do not get bored and you want to keep coming back!

I was recently diagnosed as a Type 2 Diabetic. I had worked out with Meredith once before, but at the time, I just wasn’t dedicated to a routine.
