PrimeTime Fitness regularly offers the following services

  • Personal TrainingOne-on-one with a trainer, workouts are 30 or 60 minutes.
  • Group TrainingGroup X or private small groups available. Workouts with all the bang but for lots less bucks!
  • PrimeTime PedalIndoor cycling at its finest. An amazing 60-minute cardio workout that will leave you sweating but stoked!
  • Pedal & PumpA 30-minute PrimeTime Pedal followed by a 30-minute group workout with a trainer.
  • Faith-Based WorkoutsPedal & Praise; Pedal, Praise, and Prana; and Holy Yoga
  • Senior C.L.A.S.S.To meet the needs of a maturing population, we offer a practical and functional approach to exercise. The Senior C.L.A.S.S. gives you Core training, functional Life skills, Aerobic activity, Strengthening, and Stretching to help you tackle the world!
  • Golf Fitness InstructionLet our Titleist Performance Institute Golf Fitness Professional identify faulty movement patterns, then improve your power and accuracy through a golf-specific exercise program.

  • Boot CampA month-long outdoor program offered Monday – Friday every May, this workout will challenge you like nothing else, and have you beach-bound for summer!
  • Spring TrainingNot sure about Boot Camp? Designed to prepare you for the extra challenges you’ll find every May, Spring Training in April will have you ready to join the troops!
  • Special Needs ProgrammingClients with disabilities are welcome. We serve individuals with orthopedic limitations, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, strokes, diabetes, heart disease, chronic pain, pre- and post-natal, and many more limitations.
  • Fitness "Field Trips"Every now and then we get the urge to get out of town. Think "Boot Camp" meets "Adventure Excursion!" Mt. LaConte, Boone, Costa Rica, Atlanta, Italy . . . just a few of our past destinations!
  • Nutritional Consultations and CounselingWe can help you learn how to eat to best fuel your body, lose weight, gain weight, or just eat better.
  • Corporate ProgramsDiscounts are available to businesses providing group employee benefits.
  • Community ContributionsPrimeTime Fitness is an avid supporter of community charities. The local Boys and Girls Clubs, Communities In Schools, Meeting Street Academy, Pacers for Racers, Team in Training, and SI Elementary School are just some of the organizations that have benefited from our contributions of time, funds, equipment, and expertise.
 PrimeTime Fitness is my 'fitness home' where I go to be challenged, welcomed, and excited to stay healthy and strong. With amazing trainers, comfortable atmosphere and fun fun fun boot-camps I always look forward to spending time on the island with the PrimeTime Team!
