Group workouts are a great way to get the benefits of having a trainer for a fraction of the cost. Check out the following group activities:
Boys ages 11 - 14; Thursdays and Sundays 4:30 - 5:15
Girls - we're looking for a few fit girls between 10 and 14 who would like to workout in a group. Let us know if your young lady is interested!
Core Training - Thursdays, 10 - 10:30 a.m.
Group Workouts - Mon, Wed, and Fri, 6:30 - 7:30 a.m.
