Heather has been a familiar face around the gym for quite some time . . . she was the very first individual to enlist in Meredith’s personal training services after PrimeTime Fitness first opened its doors in 2000! Prior to her full-time duties as mom and PrimeTime Spin instructor, Heather was a teacher at Moultrie Middle School.
 
 
 

 

Heather Galloway, originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, has lived in Charleston since 1996. Married to Robert, who works in the television industry, Heather occupies her time with her three children, all boys under the age of six. While pregnant with the youngest, Patton, she became certified to teach indoor cycling classes.
